Great professional place if you're looking for finance. Brad was very professional geom the start and was always at hand when I needed help with the online stuff....EVEN ON HIS DAY OFF!! Thank you :)

I had difficulty with other companies and then QCF contacted me, Harrison was my advisor he was excellent, friendly and Very professional, it was an excellent service and the whole process was very quick and easy, I’d just like to thank the company but especially Harrison 👍🏽

They request your details so they can provide costs of vehicle finance they offer, their finance calculator. They then contact you via phone and although I was advised no applications had been made and would not be made this is not true. This company takes your personal data and shares with other companies to make applications you're not aware of. This will show on your credit report but unsure if this will affect the credit score however does not look good when you are ready to finance a car!
They have limited knowledge of their responsibilities when handling your personal data when you contact them and request they stop using and sharing your personal data, very worrying.

Rubbish service . Never got updates , must of been told about 5 times they would call us back and now I’m just getting no reply’s and getting no where , they seemed helpful to start with. Wouldn’t recommend

From beginning to end we were looked after, charlie was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us. Cars are immaculate . I would highly recommend to anyone to use these guys here

My husband didn’t get a car that he wanted due to looking online but fetha did explain that not everything in the yard will be online as it takes time,
The process of getting the car he has now (Mercedes) was very long but Fetha made sure that we had plenty of updates while waiting we was there Wednesday from 2:04 we didn’t leave till 5:40 which was the process problem but the next day we was there for less then 45 minutes
Over all 5/5 rating wouldn’t go anywhere else

Went hete looking to get a second finance car big enough fir a family of 6 after reading allthe 5 star reviews, we went in at 11, gave our details, due to being a joint application we thought they may need both of our documents I.e payslips statements etc, we were told that we only needed my partners, ok fair enough, we were sat for what felt like ages while our details were processed, came back and informed us it had been approved, and the affordability check was being done, chose the car we wanted, only to find out later he had tried it on a car we didn't even mention, told us the finance company had everything they needed, we could either wait or go home at this point we were given a time scale of 1.30 hours for completion, so off we went back excited to finally have get a proper family car, after being told they will call us when it's allotted to sign paperwork and pick up chosen car, 2 and half hours had passed still no word, rang them up which is fine were told the dealer was with another clienet and would call us back, nothing again 5.15 came I had no license at this time because he hadn't returned it to me, rang up again and they said it was still in line for being processed and unfortunately they hadn't accepted some off the proof we had given fair enough, they told us the car was ready just not the paperwork side of things and were told it would be early morning now because they shut soon, still giving us hope of picking up the car, fast forward to this morning no phone call might I add get a text message saying the company has not approved our affordability statement, meaning they couldn't help us, bearing mind my partner works very few hours, and they never asked for my wage slips, they claimed they had sent all statements wage slips etc, which is a lie, asked if i could send mine over to try with, and still no communication back, actually feel incredibly let down by being give. False hope, don't waste your time on them

Absolute brilliant service from John. We came in to have a look at a car and we drove away with it just two hours later. Nothing was too much trouble. John had the patience of a Saint as our phones kept playing up. He was very polite and explained everything properly. We were able to get the car we wanted and for a price that works for us. Thank you to John and the team.

Cant recommend this place enough. John was absolutely amazing. My circumstances where not straight forward at all but they where patient, understanding, and all round amazing. They literally couldn't do enough for me. Thank you
