The vet we dealt with was very polite and helpful. Resolved the issues and didn't add unnecessary things in. Will use again

As a first time dog owner, I was relieved to find that my new vets were so amazing. From answering all my seemingly silly questions, to reassuring me that my concerns were unfounded, I really felt comfortable that they will also provide the support to me and treat my furbabies with top of the range care. My puppies were instantly comfortable with all staff. All costs were explained clearly from the outset and advice on insurance was really helpful. I’m so glad that I’ve chosen Cheshire Pets to be the healthcare providers for my girls.

We went to Cheshire Vets due to a negative experience else where. This vet practice is amazing. The reception team were amazing and put us at ease straightaway, everything that they said they would do was done. Our consultation with the vet was extremely positive. We were treated like equals, everything explained..including costs, at every stage. Our dogs were petted and admired and the vet put them at ease. I cannot praise them enough. Its a lovely calm environment, nice and cool in the hot weather and you immediately feel reassured that you are going to be listened too and your views and concerns acknowledged. There is no sales pitch and they genuinely care for you pet. If you don't use this practice all I can say is.....Why not ???? Amazing practice and team.

It was my puppy's first visit here, she was very calm which is a good endorsement. The vet was very friendly and explained everything clearly. It had a very homely feel to it.

Not usual vet but were open today and managed to squeeze us in for emergency check on abccess. Very kind to do so. Professional knowledgeable service all explained thoroughly. Very much apreciated.

Love this vets. They are kind and helpful. They truly care about each individual pet and show that personalisation. From the greeting you get to care you receive, it is all amazing. I would highly recommend. My dog actually loves her trips to vets.

Reception always welcoming and friendly. Vets knowledgeable and don't mind how many questions you have, they also care about the owners as well as the pets.
