This is an extremely professional dentistry practice. I have never had issues - they are very professional and welcoming. The receptionist / Head nurse is very caring and informative. I have never had issues in getting annual or emergency appointments. Of note, Magdalena is a wonderful dentist, taking the time to assess and recommend treatment. I was nervous with my first filling and she handled it brilliantly. She carefully described what would happen and it was pain free. My children also attend here with me on our regular appointments - they go seamlessly. Thoroughly recommended! Thank you.

My husband and I have attended the Haslington practice for several years now. My husband use to be very nervous attending the dentist until we started seeing Nick. He is a great dentist and also very pleasant . The head nurse Esther is always very welcoming and friendly and always makes you feel at ease. Well deserving of 5 stars.

I recently went to see Madalina in the practice. I can’t stress how good my experience was. I had a root canal and composite crown. The procedure was tricky as it was my very back bottom tooth, but i felt assured from minute one as she explained the process to me step by step. The treatment was pain free and I can only praise the work carried out. I will be returning, many thanks. Martin.

Friendly receptionist and nurses, Dr Crisp is my regular dentist, have been a patient with him for over 7 years always first class service. Makes visiting the dentist a more relaxing experience.

I can't praise my dentist Caitlin Sweet enough, also very grateful to the receptionist who was able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment on the same day. Caitlin was very professional and her calm demeanour put me instantly at ease. I needed a top wisdom tooth removed and I am naturally an anxious patient, Caitlin and her dental assistant were great at keeping me calm and the whole process was effortless and stress free. I have healed really well and no more tooth pain. Highly recommend

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Yesterday I had the worst experience with this dental practice. I recently broke a tooth and have been in agony with it. I called early yesterday morning and made an appointment to see my dentist. They had a space at 4.35pm which was fantastic. My husband was at work so I had to drive myself. I’m terrified of driving at night but the pain was so bad that I just had to. For the past few days I have been taking paramol which is incredible for dental pain but unfortunately makes me drowsy. I deliberately didn’t take any pain relief because I knew I had to drive to the dentist for my appointment. I left home in good time and missed the turning on the roundabout meaning I ended up going the long way through the lanes causing me to have a panic attack. Long story short. I got to the dentist practice at 4.40pm. 5 minutes late for the appointment. My fault I know! I was stood outside for a further 10 minutes waiting for the receptionist to come and open the door. They keep it locked to stop walk ins due to covid (fair enough) so when the receptionist finally came to the door I was 15 minutes late for the appointment. The receptionist lied and said she had looked outside and saw I wasn’t there. This is not true. I was visibly shaken and obviously in a lot of pain. The receptionist wouldn’t even let me in the building to try and explain what had happened. She just said that because I was so late the dentist refused to see me. That was a blow. A further blow came when she informed me that the dentist may not have seen me anyway due to the appointment being made in error. I’m no longer on their books because I’ve not had a check up since 2017. I’ve been to the dentist at least once a year for something or other so it’s not like I’ve just not been. so I put myself through the drive there, without pain relief to be told that I would have probably been turned away. Frankly I found the receptionist to be incredibly rude, abrupt completely without empathy. I want to be completely honest and say that anytime I’ve seen the dentist he has been wonderful, professional and always put me at ease. The receptionist on the other hand is in the wrong job. A people person she is not.

I have had a fear of visiting the dentist for many years, resulting in bad gums and teeth needing extracting. My dentist Shumita Biswas has been absolutely amazing and so patient with me, explaining every little detail and taking her time with me. She had a very problematic tooth to extract , and she did her up most to keep me calm. Nothing has been too much trouble. I've never had a dentist make me feel so at ease , and I never thought there would be a time I wouldn't be scared to go! But she has turned that all around for me. Best dentist I've ever seen 10/10 from me

The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was my first time in 2yrs visting a dentist due to Covid so i knew it would be painful. However, the hygienist was considerate, gentle and offered great advice to help at home.

Really let down by this practice. They have struck me off their NHS list without even acknowledging me what so ever. My last appointment was at the end of 2017 so they say and I was told that they would contact .e when my next appointment was due. They have never contacted me and I have been told on the phone today by the practice manager that they are not obliged to contact their clients, disgusting. During covid I haven't even thought or considered the dentist for obvious reasons and now I'm off their list. I explained that nobody contacted me but she didn't care. I pay my taxes and national insurance year in year out and to be treated like this really upsets me. All the people sponging off society and because they failed to let me know my checkup was due they won't see me now under the NHS. What is disgusting is that they are more than happy for me to go in for an appointment if I pay private. So they do have the capacity but won't see a client who has always paid his way unless I pay their private fees. This is how the working man/woman who pays their way through life get treated. The NHS should be ashamed to have you working under their umbrella. Michael Hilditch

I really like this dental practice. I think they give the best treatment for the patient rather than the easiest treatment for the dentist to carry out. I was going to have a tooth out but the dentist has saved the tooth,. Much appreciated. He is also r good with my children. Some reviews said the receptionists were not that friendly, I think they are just doing their job!
