I had been on Saturday with my two well behaved dogs with no issues but today I go in and was told I must not bring them in. I would be more worried about the very old , broken up dirty floor being more unhygienic , than my 2 small dogs that have an antiseptic wipe everyday on them. Dirty work men can come in as I saw. This place will NOT get my support, where I would have done at least 3 times a week. Very rude too, about approaching customers that are keeping you in business. No sign either to say no dogs allowed, or be more consistent, and too not allowing dogs in the cafeteria. It’s not as if the dogs are going behind the counter.

Staff very friendly, breakfast took ages to cook, coffee was terrible and everything is way over priced, will not be going back!

Stunning quality, I cannot agree more with the "taste the difference" policy, its an 8 mile round trip for me but I'm happy to make that trip for the most delicious food available locally. 5stars isn't enough

not a great experience apart from the girl who was very pleasant. place looked a bit grubby, it was like going back in time. baked goods were ok but expensive, the bread was lovely. would'nt go back.

Poor quality food, i bought a tuna salad roll and the roll was hard around the edges, when she cut the roll she definitely would have felt how hard the roll was, if your a bakery your bread should be good not rock hard. Im not going back been disappointed to many times.

Popped in here as per recommendation. Sat down in Cafeteria buzzing with people chatting - so far, so good - looking for a menue. No menue and no staff. Staff occasionally popped into view, only to disappear looking very busy. Then an older lady member of staff appeared - again looking very busy - writing things down on paper. My wife decided to approach the Lady in Black kindly asking her for a menue. Lady in Black snapped at her "Sit down"! It was so rude - it was quite hilarious! We decided to get up and grab some sandwiches elsewhere. Could have been a Harry Potter experience! Yes we could recommend the place as it is not boring. So if you are looking for an unusual customer service and a "Harry Potter" experience then look for the "Lady in Black"!
